Qualification Required
A candidate must have passed at least, Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences such as Sociology, Political Science, International Relations, Anthropology. Public Administration duly recognized by HEC
Experience
An applicant must have at least three (03) years of experience in the respective fields such as community mobilization, awareness-raising, advocacy campaigning or social sector marketing and community sensitization. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with structures of field formations of local government and district governments. Familiarity with the local languages and customs and traditions of south Punjab will be an advantage. .
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent speaking skills of local languages, Saraiki Punjabi.
Good writing skills in English and Urdu.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrate capacity to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks on time to meet goals in a high-pressure environment.
