A bank’s operations officer is someone whose role is to provide information about the bank’s products and
services to its clients. He/she is responsible for communicating with and assisting clients, in person and
by phone, in financial transactions, set up services and meetings, and other tasks in response to customer needs.
Provide lavish customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
Have sufficient knowledge about banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
Enhance customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring customers are served promptly and all their challenges are resolved promptly.
Ensure that all bank policies and procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines are strictly adhered to in the process of performing your duties.
Provide information to customers about their account status and account balances.
Open new bank accounts in accordance with established rules and guidelines.
Suggest effective ways through which the bank can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
Provide assistance to all other staff members in other bank departments by linking them through healthy interactions.
Establish and promote a cordial relationship with clients, ensuring prompt attention to their queries and solving their problems to give them maximum satisfaction.
Ensure that confidential customer information is properly protected and is only used for official purposes.
Promote Teamwork and prove to be an effective participant of the TEAM.
Responsible for CIF modification and Dormant activation.
