On-job Training Programme
Standard Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying must be Pakistani nationals, either local or foreign-qualified, holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) or its equivalent in specific disciplines/categories. These degrees should be obtained from institutions recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years as of the date of the advertisement. It is required that candidates have achieved a first division (60% and above) throughout their academic career, starting from matriculation (or its equivalent).
Eligible candidates include those who graduated after July 1, 2022, regardless of whether they possess post-qualification experience or not. Additionally, candidates awaiting their final examination results or scheduled to appear for their final exams by May 2024 are also eligible. Candidates falling into the latter category must furnish a provisional certificate from their academic institution, based on their past results (up to the last semester), affirming their likelihood of obtaining a first division.
