Available Positions and Requirements

1. Senior Manager Projects (PPS-10)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant fields.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience. Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 will be preferred.

1. Senior Manager Architecture (Sustainable Design) (PPS-10)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Architecture.
• Experience: 5+ years in sustainable design projects. LEED, Green Globes, or related certifications are preferred.

1. Senior Manager Procurement & Contracts (PPS-10)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Civil Engineering or Law.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in contract management.

1. Senior Manager Eco-tourism Development (PPS-10)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Policy, Forestry, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant work in eco-tourism and biodiversity conservation.

1. Manager Finance & Administration (PPS-9)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance, Business, or Commerce.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in finance. ACCA, CA, or similar certifications will be preferred.

1. Assistant Manager Structure (PPS-8)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

1. Assistant Manager (Artificial Intelligence) (PPS-8)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in AI or Data Science.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in AI-related projects.

1. Assistant Manager MEP (PPS-8)

• Qualification: 16 years in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years in MEP-related work.

1. Document Controller (PPS-7)

• Qualification: 16 years of education in relevant fields.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience.

1. Senior Graphic Designer (PPS-7)
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Computer Science.
   • Experience: 5+ years in design or architecture.
2. Architectural Assistant (PPS-6)
   • Qualification: Diploma in Architecture or Civil AutoCAD.
   • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
3. AutoCAD Designer (PPS-6)
   • Qualification: Diploma in Architecture or Civil AutoCAD.
   • Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
