Introduction Benazir Income Support Program Education Scholar Ship:-

بینظیر تعلیم وظیف کے نام سے جانا جانے والا پروگرام بی آئی ایس پی کے فعال کفالت سے مستفید ہونے والوں کے بچوں کی تعلیم میں معاونت کے لیے ڈیزائن کیا گیا تھا۔ یہ مشروط کیش ٹرانسفر پروگرام خاندانوں کو اپنے بچوں کو اسکولوں اور کالجوں میں بھیجنے اور اسکول چھوڑنے کی بلند شرح کو روکنے کے لیے مالی مراعات فراہم کرتا ہے۔ اس پروگرام کی مدد سے طلبہ ہائر سیکنڈری لیول تک اپنی تعلیم جاری رکھ سکتے ہیں۔

The program known as Benazir Taleemi Wazaif was designed to support education among the children of BISP active Kafaalat beneficiaries. This Conditional Cash Transfer Programme provides financial incentives to encourage families to send their children to schools and colleges and prevent high dropout rates. With the help of this program, students can continue their education until the higher secondary level.

Why It Will Started:-

• Benazir TaleemiWazaif Programme was piloted in five districts in November 2012.
• The program expanded gradually from 5 districts to 32 in 2015, then to 50 communities in 2018.
• In January 2020, the program was expanded to 100 districts and finally to all communities of Pakistan in July 2020.’

The following are key processes of the Taleemi Wazaif Programme:-

Micro Supply Capacity Assessment (MSCA)

BISP gathers data from provincial education departments on the micro supply capacity assessment of all public schools. The goal is to determine the available capacity (enrollment capacity, infrastructure, accessibility, and catchment area) of both public and private schools prior to starting registration and enrollment procedures. The assessment of supply capacity for private schools occurs upon the identification of mothers during a child’s enrollment.

Social Mobilization of Benazir Income Support Program Education Scholar Ship:-

BISP raises education awareness by mobilizing beneficiaries to enroll kids in school. The field team visits districts to motivate families to comply and find reasons for noncompliance. Mobilization ramps up when compliance activities halt due to school closure.

BISP بچوں کو اسکول میں داخل کرنے کے لیے مستفید ہونے والوں کو متحرک کرکے تعلیمی بیداری کو بڑھاتا ہے۔ فیلڈ ٹیم اضلاع کا دورہ کرتی ہے تاکہ خاندانوں کو تعمیل کرنے کی ترغیب دی جائے اور عدم تعمیل کی وجوہات تلاش کریں۔ جب اسکول بند ہونے کی وجہ سے تعمیل کی سرگرمیاں رک جاتی ہیں تو نقل و حرکت میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔

Registration And Involvement of Benazir Income Support Program Education Scholar Ship:-

Registration is a key undertaking of the Taleemi Wazaif program. Once the SCA is finished, a substantial registration process starts where all qualified beneficiaries are enrolled. Families that are eligible for the program are urged to register at centers located near their homes through targeted communication efforts at the local level and mass media campaigns. Successful registration qualifies the family and its eligible children as beneficiaries of the program.

Admission and Attendance:-

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif’s program provides cash transfers based on children’s school attendance. Families must comply with admission and attendance conditions to receive benefits. Non-compliance results in the termination of cash transfers. Compliance aims to ensure that children take co-responsibility for their education. The admission and attendance compliance objectives include identifying compliant beneficiary children for cash transfers, triggering alerts for non-compliance, and suspending children from the program after three absences.

بینظیر تعلیم وظیف کا پروگرام بچوں کی اسکول حاضری کی بنیاد پر نقد رقم کی منتقلی فراہم کرتا ہے۔ فوائد حاصل کرنے کے لیے خاندانوں کو داخلہ اور حاضری کی شرائط کی تعمیل کرنی چاہیے۔ عدم تعمیل کے نتیجے میں نقدی کی منتقلی ختم ہوجاتی ہے۔ تعمیل کا مقصد اس بات کو یقینی بنانا ہے کہ بچے اپنی تعلیم کی مشترکہ ذمہ داری لیں۔ داخلے اور حاضری کی تعمیل کے مقاصد میں نقد رقم کی منتقلی کے لیے موافق فائدہ اٹھانے والے بچوں کی شناخت کرنا، عدم تعمیل کے لیے الرٹس کو متحرک کرنا، اور تین غیر حاضریوں کے بعد بچوں کو پروگرام سے معطل کرنا شامل ہے۔

Case Management:-

Managing cases is a crucial task for the program. Beneficiaries submit varying complaints to field offices and promptly resolving them will not only boost program efficiency but also encourage BISP beneficiaries to send their children to schools. The responsibility for addressing all complaints primarily falls on BISP’s field offices.

Eligibility Criteria of Benazir Income Support Program Education Scholar Ship:-

• Children of active BISP Kafalat beneficiaries eligible for education enrollment
• The age criteria for primary education enrollment are 4-12 years
• The age criteria for secondary education enrollment is 8-18 years
• The age criteria for higher secondary education enrollment is 13-22 years.

Enrollment Process:-

• To qualify for the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program, an eligible child must be enrolled in a school/college in any district of Pakistan.
• Beneficiaries must provide the following documents for enrollment: CNIC, B-form/CRC from NADRA, and a verified admission slip from the child’s school/college.
• Verification of the B-form/CRC through the NADRA database is mandatory for enrollment.

Benefits Amount of Benazir Income Support Program Education Scholar Ship:-

• Primary-level tuition ranges from 1,500 to 2,000.
• Secondary-level tuition ranges from 2,500 to 3,000.
• Higher secondary level tuition ranges from 3,500 to 4,000.

Graduation Bonus For Girls:-

• Three levels of education are listed: Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary.
• For each level of education, there are three columns indicating student enrollment numbers.
• The columns represent the years 4853113, 4453211, and 9306324 for Primary; 1323955, 1082904, and 2406859 for Secondary; and 156851, 140810, and 297661 for Higher Secondary.
• The total number of students for each column is listed at the bottom, with a total enrollment of 6,333,919 for the first column, 5,676,925 for the second column, and 12,010,844 for the third column.
