How to Apply:-
- Valid degree(s), certificate(s), transcripts, and detailed mark sheets from an HEC-recognized institute are required for eligibility.
- Candidates currently in Government service must apply through the proper channels and provide a NOC during the interview.
- Relaxation in the maximum age limit is permitted according to relevant rules.
- The Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for advertised posts partially or entirely at any stage.
- Only eligible candidates will be called for a written test, and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the tests/interview.
- Candidates who previously applied for posts advertised on 20.12.2022 need to submit a fresh application, with a relaxation in the upper age limit for those within the age limit on 03.01.2023.
- The duly filled and signed application form should reach the Section Officer (Establishment-I), National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad by 12/07/2023 via post.
- Original documents must be presented during the interview, with attached copies of degrees, certificates, transcripts, and CNIC.
- Applicants can apply for multiple posts by submitting separate application forms.
- Incomplete application forms or those received after the due date will not be considered
