To Apply for the Latest Punjab University of Technology Jobs:
Candidates are advised to submit two (02) sets of applications for each post. Each set should include attested copies of degree certificates, experience certificates, any other supporting documents, one photograph, and an original Bank Challan/Deposit slip paid in Punjab University of Technology Rasul Account No.: 0469003174230619 (National Bank of Pakistan GSE, Rasul Branch M.B.Din) amounting to Rs.1000 for each post applied. No Bank Draft, Pay Order, Check, Postal Order, etc. will be accepted.
The specified fee is required only for the posts of Treasurer and Controller of Examinations.
Download the prescribed application form from the Punjab University of Technology Rasul website (https:www.putrasul.edu.pk).
Persons appointed as Treasurer and Controller of Examinations will be entitled to perks and privileges as per Government Servants’ corresponding scale of pay.
Age relaxation will be granted as per the government’s policy.
Applicants currently employed in any government or other organizations must submit their applications through the proper channel. The No Objection Certificate from the present employer should preferably be attached to the application or presented at the time of the interview.
Government employees applying through the proper channel must ensure that there are no pending inquiries, outstanding dues, or adverse remarks in their Annual Confidential Reports.
Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit relevant equivalence certificates (issued and attested by HEC or IBCC) with the application form.
Mention the name of the post applied to on the top right corner of the envelope.
Use separate envelopes and pay a separate application processing fee for each application if applying for more than one post.
The university is not responsible for delays in receiving applications or call letters for interviews due to lapses in courier/postal services, etc.
Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
The university will inform only the shortlisted candidates for the test/interview.
No TADA will be paid to the candidates called for the test interview.
