Announcement By Allama Iqbal Open University. Allama Iqbal Open University has announced the details of the Closing MA/MSc/M.Ed of AlOU Programs as per the New Policy of HEC. The Open University Islamabad has given a time framework to complete the existing MA/MSc/M.Ed Programs. After that period no more exams the AlOU will give for these subjects.
