Qualification and Experience Requirements
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have at least sixteen (16) years of education in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Accounting / Finance
- Economics
- Commerce
- Social Protection
A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in the above disciplines will be preferred.
Professional Experience
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, specifically in:
- Designing and implementing conventional and innovative hybrid banking products.
- Developing digital financial inclusion strategies.
- Managing G2P (Government-to-Person) payment systems.
- Working on digital finance, branchless banking, and e-payment systems.
