Government School Education Department Punjab Jobs 2024

For the positions of District Education Officers (DEO) and Deputy District Education Officers (DDEO) in all District Education Authorities in Punjab, the Punjab School Education Department has announced exciting job openings.   • Eligibility:
    • Serving in BS-18 and BS-19.
    • Not more than 55 years of age.
    • Master’s degree in any subject.
    • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
    • Participation in training courses during the service.
    • No major penalties during the entire service.
  1. Deputy District Education Officer (DDEO)
  • Eligibility:
    • Serving in BS-17 and BS-18.
    • Not more than 55 years of age.
    • Master’s degree in any subject.
    • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
    • Participation in training courses during the service.
    • No major penalties during the entire service.
  1. How to Apply:
  • Aspiring candidates must apply online through the HRMIS Portal.
  • The last date for submission: is 20th October 2024.
  • Applications sent via ordinary post or hand-delivered will not be considered.
  • No TA/DA will be given for interviews.
  1. Selection Process:
  • Interview: Candidates who score at least 50% in the written assessment will qualify for the interview by the Departmental Search Committee.
  • Screening Test: Candidates will take a basic IT skills test in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, email, and search engines, which will be conducted in QAED IT labs.
  • Written Assessment: The shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test to assess their knowledge and management skills.
